TK Ads Privacy Policy

Who we are and what this policy covers

TK Ads is TK Engineering Solutions LTD’s application for working with its authorized Google Ads accounts. It supports account and campaign reporting, keyword research where API access permits, and authorized campaign management. This policy covers TK Ads and its handling of Google Ads API data.

Data accessed

With account authorization, TK Ads can retrieve Google Ads account identifiers, account settings such as currency and time zone, campaign configuration and status, and advertising reports available to the authorized account. Keyword research requests include selected search terms, country and language settings and may return aggregated search volumes and advertising cost estimates.

TK Ads uses Google-issued credentials to authenticate API requests. It does not ask for your Google account password. Its current functions do not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files or address books.

How data is used

Data is used to display account information, review advertising activity, research relevant keywords, prepare advertising decisions and carry out authorized campaign changes. API permissions determine which actions are available; changes are made on behalf of the account operator.

Storage and security

API responses are processed by the application. Selected reports, configuration and operational records may be saved in the operator’s working environment for campaign administration and troubleshooting. Authentication credentials are stored separately from public website content. API requests are transmitted over HTTPS, and short-lived access tokens are held in application memory during execution.

Access to saved information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers involved in operating the application. Credentials and account reports are not published on this website.

Sharing and service providers

Requests and authorized changes are sent to Google to provide Google Ads functionality. Authorized personnel and providers of computing, storage or analysis tools may process the information needed to operate TK Ads and assist with advertising administration. We do not sell Google Ads account data or provide it to data brokers. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Saved reports and operational records are retained while needed for advertising administration, troubleshooting or applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request deletion of records held by TK Engineering by contacting info@tkeng.bg and identifying the relevant account. Any retention required by law will be explained when responding. Removing access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete previously saved reports or records held by Google.

Your controls

An account administrator can revoke TK Ads access in Google Ads under Admin → Access and security by removing the account used by the application. Where access was granted through a Google Account authorization screen, it can also be reviewed in the Google Account’s third-party connections settings.

To ask about your data or request access, correction or deletion, contact info@tkeng.bg. We may need to verify your authority over the account before acting on a request.

Google API data and policy updates

Use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Material changes to data practices will be reflected in this policy, with additional notice or authorization where required.
