This notice explains how tkeng.bg handles website enquiries, technical files, browser storage and analytics. Updated 28 October 2026.

Enquiries and technical files
We process the name, email, phone, company details and message you provide, selected tool codes, quantities, design specifications and uploaded files. Requests and attachments are delivered to our company mailbox for technical review and quotation. Only send files you are authorised to share and avoid unrelated personal data. Required contact fields are needed to respond; without them the online request cannot be submitted.
Purposes and grounds
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a contract and to communicate about your requirements. For business representatives, our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries. Security logs and abuse checks serve our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Records needed for statutory obligations are processed for those obligations. Sending a quotation request is not an agreement to receive marketing.
Cookies and browser storage
Google Analytics is currently loaded when pages open, without a cookie-choice banner. It uses _ga and _ga_JZ1K27X5PX cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits and events. This notice does not request or record analytics consent. You can block or remove these cookies in your browser; this does not replace a website consent mechanism. Google cookies normally have a two-year default expiry, which may be refreshed or shortened by browser settings. The quotation basket uses tkeng-quotation-basket-v1 in local storage and remains until cleared. The custom-tool language switch uses tk-custom-tool-language-v006 in session storage to transfer your design between languages; it is consumed on the next page or cleared when the tab session ends. These storage functions are separate from analytics.
Security and service providers
The website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure. Form messages pass through our email provider, Güzel Hosting. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser/device and network signals to prevent automated submissions; the server validates its token before sending mail. Google Analytics processes browsing and interaction information. Service providers may process data outside the EEA. Their privacy and transfer information is available at Cloudflare and Google. Our server also records request metadata for operation and security.
How long information is kept
Enquiry emails and attachments remain in our business mailbox while needed to handle the enquiry, related business correspondence or legal obligations. There is no automatic fixed deletion period configured for these enquiries. Retention depends on the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. You can ask about or request deletion of a specific enquiry. Server logs are rotated separately; browser storage can be removed using browser settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, it can be withdrawn. Contact info@tkeng.bg; we may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your competent supervisory authority.
